Mandated by the company hiring the international employee, we support the accompanying spouses or partner, either before their decision to move to Germany, or after they are located here.
PRE-LOCATION SUPPORT
This assessment is used as a decision making tool whether the career objectives may realistically be fulfilled in Germany or require adapted expectations. It provides a first overview of potential employment in the local German market. Often this assessment takes place before the relocation is decided.
CAREER SUPPORT PROGRAM
The main objective of Career Support is aimed at finding a new work environment for the trailing partner. Since partner come to us with a high variety in education, background, profession and experience, we support every single partner according to his or her individual needs.
An important aspect of our Career Support Program consists of our Pro-Active Search. Partner Career contacts potential employers actively in favor of the partners’ profile. We engage our extensive network and will not leave any possibility untouched to research suitable published and unpublished openings.
YOUTH MOTIVATION COUNSELLING
After growing requests how to stimulate youngster with finding their individual and independant way in their future, we developed an additional service. Since 2020 we also focus especially on the youth and motivate them in finding their next steps in life. Whether these steps are in school, training, study or into the working enviroment. We support them with our characteristical low-barrier and where required hands-on approach.
Upon request we also offer application training, writing various applications, search for next school-, training-, study-, or work environments. Whatever it takes to overcome hurdles in drection of the adult world.
